Saturday Dinner
The Conference Dinner will have three options:
- Stuffed chicken with sausages, yorkshire pudding and gravy (Vegetarian, optionally vegan and/or GF)
- Lemon dill baked salmon with garlic cream sauce (GF, DF)
- Mushroom wellington with toasted chickpea hummus (Vegan)
All served with baby potatoes and broccoli. The condiments will be swappable.
For dessert, there will be a selection of sweet treats from various foreign nations, some of which will have been baked earlier that day by conference attendees.
