Faith is a knight, who grew up in the Barrens hiding from Druj subjugation. When the Steel Causeway forged through Hope’s Rest in 384YE, she was given an opportunity to take up arms and become the glorious knight she had idealised in her youth. For two years she quested as Tunic of the Barrens.

Despite her youth, she has fought in and commanded many battles, endangering herself to gain anything for the home she loves so dearly, and is set upon her quest to see the Barrens find itself.

Since the conquest of her home she has taken up arms not for the Dawnish, but for the other denizens of the Barrens, those she knows fought just as virtuously for her home as she did. She longs to see Dawnguard as a bastion of hope and defence for all those that call the Barrens their home.

The completion of her test of mettle; to challenge every great house of Dawn, came in a great number of forms. She has written reams of poetry, fought duels, brought the throne to inquisition over her veto of the first Rahvin treaty, won battles both with honour and without it, and made enemies of many nobles that resented to see her rise to their equal.
